Leah Wilson focuses her practice on estate planning and probate, helping individuals and families plan ahead and navigate the responsibilities that follow a loss. She starts by listening—learning what matters to you, understanding your concerns, and making space for your questions. With virtual consultations, you can connect from a place that’s convenient for you. Whether you’re ready to create a plan or unsure where to begin, Leah is here to help you find your next step.
Let’s take it one step at a time.
01 / Connect
Tell us what’s on your mind. Reach out by email or phone to request an initial consultation. A brief note about what you need help with and how to reach you is enough to get started.
02 / Discuss
Ask your questions. We’ll listen to your concerns, explain your options, and discuss the proposed services and fees so you can decide what feels right for you.
03 / Plan
Take the next step together. Once we agree on an engagement, we’ll work together on your estate plan or probate matter, with guidance along the way.
Questions? We’re here to help.
What should I bring to an initial consultation?
Start with your questions and a general overview of your family and goals. If you have existing estate planning documents or a broad summary of your assets, those can help too. We’ll discuss what else is needed for your matter.
Can we meet virtually?
Yes. Reach out by email or phone to request an initial virtual consultation. We’ll also walk you through any document signing arrangements and required formalities for your matter.
How are fees handled?
We’ll discuss the proposed services and applicable fees before agreeing on an engagement. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and understand the work before deciding to move forward.
Can I ask about a loved one’s estate?
Yes. If you’re unsure what to do after a loved one’s death, you can start by telling us you need help with probate or estate administration. A brief description of your question is enough for the initial message.
Let’s talk about how we can help.
You don’t need to have every answer before reaching out. Request an initial virtual consultation, and we’ll start with what’s on your mind.
